We want you to love your Meet Bernard purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location or our East Dulwich boutique.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
